This 10-week group journey is an opportunity to gain a masterful set of tools for deep soulwork, empowered self-healing, and creative liberation, setting you on course with your soul's True.

Within the three months of Design Your Destiny, you will move through a deep process of clearing your limiting patterns and beliefs, applying powerful soulwork tools to amplify your energy and expression, and fearlessly connecting to your soul path and purpose. 

This is a holistic journey that will take you through opening your heart and healing stored wounds, to laying a powerful groundwork for visioning, learning to work with your Spirit Guides, harnessing your breath and body to amplify your inner power, and liberating your creativity and self-expression to walk your true and authentic path in this life.

The journey will entail:

Moving through the lower, middle, and upper worlds of our consciousness

Working with our archetypes, elements, power animals, aspects of Being

Learning to journey with your Spirit Guides as support in crafting your Destiny

Grounded manifestation techniques, deep visioning, embodied creative expression

Over 3 months together,

  • Nine, 90-minute group mentorship calls based on the week’s topic (plus intro call)

  • One 45-min private session with me to be used at anytime in the journey

The Journey

Our journey will flow intuitively, weaving through the shamanic path of the lower, middle, and upper worlds and the energetic chakra system of the body. This course will be highly engaging and embodied, so plan to arrive to our sessions ready to journey and apply the tools we are learning!

Week 1: Introduction, Laying Foundations

Weeks 2-4: Embodied Power & Energy

Weeks 3-5: Activating Soul Purpose 

Weeks 7-9: Creative Expression & Liberation

There will be “homework” and practices to complete between sessions. You will learn and apply tools from energetic healing and cleansing, shamanic practices, yoga and breathwork, and powerful mindset and grounded manifestation techniques. This is a highly practical course with a dual focus on the techniques and practices, and the actions you are taking in your life to apply them. 

Note: The above program may be modified to include alternative/additional content based on what the group most needs!

We will be determining the call times once the group has formed, so we can schedule at a time that works for everyone. Please note that if you need to miss a live call, all sessions will be recorded and you will have 24/7 access to the community virtually, and to me by email!

Your Guide

Hi, I’m Kristen – and I am so excited to be your guide for this journey of channeling your inner medicine and awakening your magic into the world. 

Over the past 10 years, I have been on a massive journey of deep inner work through travel, yoga and meditation, studying Eastern teachings and healing modalities in Asia, and most recently, shamanism and plant medicine in the Sacred Valley of Peru. I am passionate about understanding the human psyche, finding healing somatically through the body, and learning to fully integrate and express my own medicine & magic into the world – so I can help my clients do the same. 

It is my honor and joy to walk alongside you in your own process of awakening and discovery – our Tribe is your safe space to bring ALL the parts of you, so that you can shine in your purest and brightest potential.

These sessions (priced at a discount for participants) blend intuitive coaching, embodiment/energy work, and diving into the intricacies of your specific journey. There will be some additional prep materials for you to complete before our private sessions so we can make the most out of our time together!
